We are looking for someone organized, tenacious, comfortable talking to people, and interested in learning how a real estate business actually works.
This role reports directly to team leadership and will focus primarily on managing our client database, following up with leads, scheduling conversations, and keeping opportunities moving. The right person will also support social media, marketing, client communication, organization, and the daily projects that move the business forward.
Real estate experience and a real estate license are not required. Strong communication, initiative, follow through, good judgment, and a genuine interest in people matter much more.

SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION
- 20 hour weekly commitment
- 10 to 15 hours in our Chesapeake office required each week
- Remaining hours may be completed remotely
- Base hourly compensation plus performance compensation tied to closed transactions
