This job is for someone seeking flexible work outdoors that pays well and offers downtime. We deliver equipment to the sand for beachgoers, and we are in search of someone to join our team in leading set-ups on beaches in Los Angeles.
We're in search of someone reliable, hospitable and physically fit / able to lift and carry equipment to and from the sand (chairs, cooler, etc.). You will primarily build beach set-ups on the sand, welcome guests, take off while they enjoy the beach and return to pick up the gear at the designated end time, solving for issues if they arise. Production, hospitality and events experience is a plus.
Compensation ranges from $100 - $500 per day pending the type and number of reservations, along with tips and additional fees for added effort and time. It's a seasonal business, busy from May through October, slows down in winter and picks back up in spring. Our ideal candidate is reliable, great with people, enjoys producing events and loves the outdoors.

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
