Overview
Join our team as an Equestrian Barn Maintenance. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and overall well-being of our equestrian facilities. Duties
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of barn structures, stalls, fencing, and outdoor arenas to ensure safety and durability.
- Operate heavy machinery such as tractors and farm equipment to transport feed, supplies, and materials around the facility.
- Assist with animal husbandry tasks such as feeding, grooming, cleaning stalls, and monitoring horse health to support animal care standards.
- Maintain safety standards by adhering to proper manual handling procedures, heavy lifting techniques, and safety protocols during all maintenance activities.
Experience
- Supervising experience in farm or agricultural settings is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to operate heavy equipment including tractor work and farm machinery safely and efficiently.
- Hands-on experience with animal care practices, particularly with horses.
- Skilled in equipment repair techniques such as welding, mechanical troubleshooting, and general maintenance of agricultural tools
- Familiarity with safety standards in production environments along with experience in heavy lifting and manual handling tasks.
- Background in farming or agriculture combined with mechanical knowledge enhances your ability to maintain complex systems effectively.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
