The Live! Facilities Attentant is accountable for preventative maintenance of all Live! Casino facilities, property, and equipment.
Responsibilities:
Where You'll Make an Impact

Responsible for general maintenance of all facilities of the Live! Casino property.

Knowledge of the HVAC system, alarm system, and generators.
-
Painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other projects relating to maintenance of the property.
-
Preventative maintenance as scheduled on all equipment.
-
Responsible to ensure thorough the proper maintenance and repair of the Live! Casino facility the safety and security of all guests and team members.

Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and replacing gaming table layouts.
-
Operate all types of hand tools, power tools, and machinery that relate to the function of a maintenance shop. Chemicals used in maintenance. Ladders, bucket truck, forklift, and safety equipment.

Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude. Complete knowledge of all facilities and entertainment available to guest.

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Skills You'll Need to Succeed

Ability to read, write, and understand simple instructions.

Ability to use all necessary tools and equipment to perform maintenance functions.

Answer all calls promptly and maintain politeness; pay attention to the needs of team members and guests at all times.

Knowledge of OSHA required standards and safety requirements.

Knowledge of personal protective equipment.

Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment.
A Few Must Haves
-
A. High school diploma or equivalent. Some technical school training and certification is preferred
-
Two (2) plus years’ experience in maintenance in a commercial facility. Valid driver’s license may be necessary.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid non-gaming license as determined by the State Gaming Agency for the position.
