Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Titan Placement Group, is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Stockbridge, Georgia.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Center-based BCBA position with no travel requirements
- Lead ABA treatment planning and clinical programming
- Conduct behavioral assessments and oversee treatment implementation
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain autonomy over caseload management and treatment planning
- Manage an approximately 8-client caseload
- Utilize Central Reach software platform
SCHEDULE
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- No Call
- No Weekends
- No Travel
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
