From quick unit turns to detailed repairs, we help property managers keep their properties in top shape — and we’re looking for dependable, talented technicians to grow with us.
What You’ll Do
- Handle unit turns and make-ready repairs with efficiency and quality
- Perform light plumbing and electrical work
- Repair, patch, and paint drywall
- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day maintenance issues
- Work closely with managers and project leads to keep everything on track
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance, make-readies, or related trades
- Strong skills across multiple areas (plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, etc.)
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented work ethic
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a must
