We're seeking an Employment Services Case Manager to join our team. This role combines case management and employment services to support individuals facing barriers to employment and self-sufficiency. Through individualized coaching, participant placement, employer partnerships, and employment-focused support, you'll help participants build skills, navigate challenges, and work toward their personal employment goals.
What You’ll Do
- Provide employment-focused case management and individualized support to participants working toward employment and self-sufficiency.
- Interview, place, onboard, and support participants in employment and training opportunities.
- Coach participants in developing workplace skills and navigating challenges that may impact employment success.
- Collaborate with employer partners and worksite supervisors to support successful placements and positive employment outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation, case notes, and program records in compliance with agency and funding requirements.
- Supervise assigned staff and contribute to a collaborative, participant-centered team environment.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Workforce Development, Business, or a related field; equivalent education and experience combinations will be considered.
- Experience in case management, employment services, workforce development, human services, or related field.
- Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, housing instability, or other barriers to employment, preferred.
- Supervisory, coaching, or leadership experience, preferred.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A trauma-informed, person-centered approach grounded in respect, empathy, accountably, and professional boundaries.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgment, and adapt to changing needs.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a driving record that meets agency requirements. Ability to obtain and maintain a chauffer’s license is required.
- Ability to pass required background checks.

Schedule
This is a full-time (40 hours) position, typically working Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. While most of the work occurs during regular business hours, flexibility is available and flexibility is also expected to meet participant, employer, and agency needs.
