Experience: At least two years of experience as a customer service team member or similar team environment is required. Familiarity with printing and mailing principles in a production environment, residential underwriting or loan standards and real estate transactions experience is strongly preferred. Understanding of titles to land, homes, settlement statements, loan documents and title insurance commitments strongly preferred.
Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred. Certification as a notary public is preferred. Equivalent work experience, with excellent references, will also be considered.
