The Backstage Bar is looking for a bartender to join our team! You’ll be the face of our Bar and responsible for our customers’ experiences. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and developing return customers, we’d like to meet you. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.
Job Requirements:
- Give a warm welcome to every Guest
- Menu Knowledge.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and method of preparation.
- Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle and count money
- Comply with all state liquor laws and regulations.
- Helping fellow Team Members when appropriate
- Able to work walking/standing for 100% (up to 8 hours) of shift
- Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary (30 lbs)
- Maintain cleanliness throughout Bar area to company standards
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Bartending experience required
Job Types: Part-time, 3-4 evening shifts per week
Pay: 2:13 per hour + tips
