Your Core Responsibilities as a Sales Crew Member
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and recommend solutions that align with their goals.
- Represent Verizon products and services with professionalism, confidence, and a commitment to creating positive customer experiences.
- Educate customers on service options, product features, benefits, and available promotions in a clear and approachable manner.
- Guide customers through enrollment, account updates, and service-related processes while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, trust, and exceptional service.
- Maintain accurate customer information and documentation while following company standards, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
