We are looking for a hands-on QuickBooks Online expert with at least 5 years experience, to take full ownership of our bookkeeping and help modernize how we manage our finances.
This is a true bookkeeping role which includes accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, reconciliations. But it’s also an opportunity to improve our systems and bring us forward. We need a true financial quarterback.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing all bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online
- Connecting and maintaining bank and credit card transaction feeds
- Reconciling bank and credit card accounts
- Accounts receivable (invoicing, collections, tracking payments)
- Accounts payable (bills, vendor payments, approvals)
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Expense tracking
- Maintaining clean, accurate financial records
- Preparing financial reports for management
- Helping transition processes toward more efficient, digital workflows
- Light office coordination/administration (ordering supplies, small admin tasks)
What We’re Looking For (Important)
- STRONG, hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (5+ years required)
- Bookkeeping experience
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Organized, consistent, and reliable
- Comfortable working independently in an office environment
- Able to set up new office systems
Very Important
This is NOT a basic data-entry role. We are looking for someone who has used QuickBooks Online to improve systems, accuracy, or efficiency.
This Role Is NOT For:
- Someone learning QuickBooks Online (please only apply if you have 5+ years experience)
- A general admin who has “used it a little”
- Someone who prefers a slow-paced environment
- Someone who has only used Quickbooks Desktop
