The I&E Planner is responsible for planning routine Instrumentation and Electrical Reliability work and Turnaorund tasks.
Additional responsibilities include:

Reviewing job scopes on new, unusual or critical jobs with historical problems to develop understanding of expectations

Determining and documenting steps and time estimates required to complete jobs within scope

Providing cost estimates as needed/requested

Assuring The Client specifications and standards are followed throughout the planning process in SAP
-
Performing field work walk downs and developing a comprehensive understanding of scope, plan and requirements

Planning, tracking and expediting material as needed
-
Following the planning priority process assuring high risk work is properly planned

Communicating and coordinating multi-craft job plans with other planners
-
Ensuring all scheduled work is ready to go with plans that meet all expectations
-
Ensuring all company policies and safety tools are built in to work orders and job plans
-
5+ years of I&E planning experience
-
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel and Word)
-
IPS planning experience a plus
-
Active TWIC Card.
