The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team. This position is ideal for:
- Experienced automotive sales professionals looking for stability and strong earning potential

What You’ll Do
- Assist customers through the entire vehicle buying process
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle solutions
- Build trust and long-term customer relationships
- Maintain product knowledge of our inventory
- Work closely with management to close deals efficiently
- Deliver a professional, friendly, no-pressure customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to earn and grow
- Passion for cars and customer service
- Coachable, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Valid driver’s license
Compensation & Benefits
- $700 minimum per week paid training period
- $500 per week salary + commission pay structure
- Monthly volume bonuses
- $60,000/year minimum expected earnings
- Motivated salespeople can earn $70,000–$100,000+ annually
