As a Shift Supervisor, you'll be the leader on duty, helping ensure every shift runs smoothly while delivering exceptional service to our guests. You'll inspire and coach team members, oversee daily operations, and support restaurant performance goals related to sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
Working closely with the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM), you'll lead by example, motivate your team, and help create a fast-paced, fun, and successful work environment.

Help maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant environment

Follow all cash-handling and security procedures

Assist with inventory management through daily and weekly counts

Receive and organize product deliveries

Help minimize waste and maximize operational efficiency

Must be at least 18 years old

High School Diploma or GED required
-
Previous leadership or management experience in a quick-service restaurant preferred

Strong understanding of customer service principles

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Ability to work flexible and occasionally extended shifts in a fast-paced environment
