We are seeking Bakery Production Workers to join our hard-working and fast-paced team. Bakery Production Workers assist in a variety of tasks throughout the production of bread products. All work is performed in accordance with SQF Food Safety Procedures, and job duties may change daily based on production needs.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform various assigned manual labor tasks such as grasping, lifting, moving, placing, and stacking items related to production processes.
Identify, count, sort, and visually inspect bakery items.
Accurately record product analysis data or counts as required by SQF Food Safety Procedures.
Maintain workflow from production conveyors.
Operate bakery utensils and tools with manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Handle bakery ingredients in a sanitary and safe manner.
Work in a safe manner at all times and maintain a clean work environment.
Perform primary duties with efficiency and accuracy.
Support and adhere to IBR Core Values.
Perform related duties as assigned.
