LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support their accounting team with a primary focus on Accounts Payable. This role requires strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting daily accounting operations. This is an indefinite contract and the pay is up to $26/hr. based on experience.
Key Responsibilities-
Perform high-volume, accurate data entry of accounting information.

Process vendor invoices and other accounting transactions in a timely manner.

Assist with accounts payable functions, including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing.

Scan, file, and maintain accounting records and supporting documentation.

Support month-end accounting activities and reconciliations.

Prepare reports and provide administrative support to the accounting team.

Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies as needed.

Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

1-3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, or data entry experience.
Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
