Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized insurance advice and solutions tailored to their needs.
- Conduct outside sales efforts to identify new business opportunities through networking, community engagement, and telemarketing campaigns.
- Negotiate policy terms, coverage options, and pricing with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and optimal coverage.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including policy processing, documentation, and updating client records accurately.
- Analyze client data and market trends to recommend appropriate insurance products and marketing strategies.
- Communicate complex insurance concepts clearly and effectively in multiple languages as needed to serve diverse client populations.
- Assist clients with benefits administration, claims processing, and policy renewals while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations where applicable.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote insurance products through targeted campaigns and outreach efforts.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments within the insurance industry or related fields.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing sales effectively.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Familiarity with sales administration systems and analysis tools to evaluate performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to articulate product benefits clearly.
- Knowledge of insurance sales practices, benefits administration, and customer service standards.
- Experience in telemarketing or marketing strategies that generate new leads is a plus.

Pay: $56,374.80 - $80,000.00 per year
