As a Showing Partner at Premier Home Team, you'll spend your time touring properties, engaging with buyers, and gaining real-world knowledge through direct client interactions. Forget cold calling and desk work—this role is all about active participation, continuous feedback, and building momentum.
How it works:
You'll be teamed up with a seasoned agent and immediately step into their pipeline of motivated buyers. Your primary responsibility is to assist by showing homes and guiding these leads toward a purchase. You won’t need to generate or manage your own clients initially—that comes later, once you’ve developed the necessary skills and confidence.
As a Zillow Preferred team, we maintain a steady flow of leads. This ensures you’ll enhance your communication abilities, deepen your market insight, and witness real transactions firsthand—all while receiving ongoing coaching from the agent you support.
This position is ideal if you:

Note: Evening and weekend availability is essential, as that’s when buyers are most eager to view homes—and when you’ll be there to assist them.

Show homes to buyers on behalf of the agent you're supporting, based on their leads

Coordinate and confirm showing schedules with clients and teammates
