Our very well-established and long-time Food Processing client is PARTNERING with STAFFING PARTNERS in search of an experienced Clerical Admin Support for this IMMEDIATE FULL TIME CAREER OPPORTUNITY.
SALARY - $20-$21/hr (DOE)
BENEFITS - Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401K, PTO
LOCATION - South San Joaquin County
HOURS - Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM TO 5:PM (shifts subject to change based on company needs)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support for daily office operations.
- File and maintain orders, invoices, delivery receipts, and other records.
- Sort and distribute mail, packages, and correspondence.
- Assist with office procedures and administrative projects.
- Support the Office and Customer Service departments as needed.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and take messages.
- Schedule meetings and appointments as needed.
- Assist visitors, customers, owners and vendors professionally.
- Provide backup support for customer service and order entry functions.
- Reconcile customer invoices and resolve discrepancies.
- Process invoice corrections and customer credits.
- Maintain accurate customer and transaction records.
- Operate standard office equipment, including computers, copiers, and scanners.
- Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other office software efficiently.
- Learn and use company databases and business systems effectively.
- Assist with additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous high level administrative support, clerical, and/or customer service, experience required.
- Must have experience with customer invoice reconciliation with knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Strong organizational, communication, & attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of staff.
