This role sits within the Risk & Compliance function and reports to the Director of Risk.
As a NASDAQ-listed business operating across Australia, the US, Canada and Europe, IREN’s regulatory obligations have grown rapidly in number, complexity and consequence. This role is responsible for developing and managing the enterprise-wide regulatory compliance frameworks needed to keep pace with that growth, ensuring obligations are identified, owned, tracked and met across the group.
The focus of the role is corporate regulatory compliance, with particular depth in employment law, immigration, payroll and privacy. You will partner closely with the People and Culture team to ensure IREN meets its obligations as an employer across four jurisdictions, while providing oversight of regulatory compliance across the broader business. The role also provides support for IREN's contractual compliance activities, working alongside Legal and Commercial teams. This is a hands-on senior role. We expect the work to be performed leveraging modern tooling and AI.
