Duties
- learn to read and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication of sheet metal components
- Learn to operate machinery such as drill press,thread tapping ,part deburring tools ,press brake machines, CNC laser cutters, tools under supervision
- Use hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to parts for quality and adherence to specifications
- Participate in , assembly, and fabrication processes to develop comprehensive skills in sheet metal construction
- learn to use forklifts and cranes handling raw materials and finished products
- Assist with quality inspections using mechanical knowledge to ensure parts meet industry standards before final assembly
Experienc
- Basic math skills necessary for measurements, calculations, and blueprint reading
- Familiarity with hand tools, measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers, and basic mechanical concepts preferred
- Prior experience with manufacturing equipment such as CNC machines or welding is advantageous but not mandatory—training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety protocols in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions carefully while demonstrating eagerness to learn new skills in machining, fabrication, and assembly
