What You'll Do
- Respond to water, fire, and storm damage emergencies
- Remove water and damaged building materials
- Set up and monitor drying equipment
- Operate professional restoration equipment
- Work with or lead a restoration crew
- Help customers during difficult situations
- Keep jobsites safe, clean, and organized
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic
- Reliable and dependable
- Comfortable with physical work
- Willing to work overtime and participate in an on-call rotation
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in restoration, construction, remodeling, demolition, roofing, or another skilled trade is preferred
