Responsibilities
- Actively pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including cold calling and territory management
- Conduct engaging product demos and presentations to showcase fitness programs, memberships, and related services
- Manage existing client accounts with a focus on upselling additional services and fostering long-term relationships
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to generate leads and increase brand awareness in designated territories
- Negotiate membership packages and service agreements to meet client needs while achieving sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or retail sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong management skills with experience in territory management and lead generation strategies
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales data
- Demonstrated ability in technical or product demos, negotiation, and upselling techniques
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and relationship building
- Experience in marketing, business development, or account management is highly desirable
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies for territory expansion
