Schedule Details: The primary location is Waukesha Memorial Hospital. We are looking for an RCP who possesses the necessary skills or is willing to learn to care for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patient populations.
The Respiratory Care Practitioner provides care to patients requiring respiratory care services.
What You Will Do:
- Identifies abnormal/normal pulmonary data, ABG’s chest x-rays, and lab values.
- Demonstrates and maintains competency of emergent bedside bronchoscopy procedures.
- Demonstrates and maintains competency of the INOvent.
You Will Need:
- Associates Degree ; Graduate of a COARC accredited School for Respiratory Therapy
- Licensed as a RCP in the State of Wisconsin.
- Registered Respiratory Therapy (RRT) Credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care is preferred.
- BLS, and ACLS Certification required within a year of hire. PALS preferred
- Recent Respiratory Therapist experience with an emphasis in critical care areas.
- Strong work experience is beneficial as well as independent, critical thinking.
