As our Service HVAC Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the HVAC Service team, provide technical guidance and coaching, support customer relationships, and work closely with leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service. Lead and support the daily operations of the HVAC Service team

Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance to technicians

Coach, mentor, and develop HVAC technicians and apprentices

Conduct jobsite visits, quality inspections, and performance coaching

Coordinate with dispatch, project managers, and service coordinators to ensure exceptional customer service

Support workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and technician development

Promote safety, quality workmanship, and continuous improvement throughout the department

Extensive commercial HVAC experience with strong technical knowledge

Proven leadership, coaching, and team development experience

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience reading plans, drawings, and specifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, mobile technology, and web-based systems

Virginia and/or West Virginia Master Tradesman licenses preferred

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Full-time, Monday–Friday

Typical schedule averages 42–45 hours per week

Additional hours, weekends, travel, and after-hours support may be required
