We are seeking a 3rd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily production operations and support a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing and leadership experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain safety, quality, and production standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support production employees
- Ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety procedures are met
- Train and coach team members on processes and procedures
- Troubleshoot equipment and production issues
- Complete production reports and shift documentation
- Communicate effectively with employees and management
- Support continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with plastics or blow molding is a plus
- Ability to read basic blueprints/specifications and use quality tools
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to work a 3rd shift schedule and occasional overtime as needed
