Katie Button Restaurants is hiring a full time dishwasher at Cúrate Tapas Bar.
Our restaurant is an Asheville mainstay, serving authentic tapas-style Spanish food at high volume. We are open all day Tuesdays through Sundays.
You will never make less than a guaranteed minimum of $22.10/hr, before taxes, from a combination of base pay and tips. If the tips in a pay period are not sufficient to get you to $22.10/hr, KBR pays the difference to get you there.
This is hard, physical, essential work. We need people that are good with getting in the zone in close quarters, and treating their coworkers and themselves with dignity and respect. You are reliable and show up on time. You communicate to your managers and team in a timely manner. You keep the entire kitchen and dining room moving by working efficiently and maintaining our cleanliness and service standards.
