Job Description
We are hiring experienced Carpenters / Framers to join our growing construction team in Van Nuys. This position is ideal for skilled tradespeople with strong framing experience and hands-on window and door removal and installation skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform exterior framing and carpentry on residential and commercial projects
- Remove and install windows and doors, including sliding glass doors
- Install and repair fascia, siding, trim, windows, and doors with precision
- Read and work from blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Execute construction tasks using wood, steel, metal, concrete, plastics, and composite materials
- Safely operate and maintain hand tools and power tools
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
- Work independently or as part of a crew to meet project deadlines
- Be reliable, punctual, and accurate with timekeeping
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven framing experience (exterior framing required)
- Window and door removal and installation experience (required)
- Experience with fascia repair/replacement, siding installation, and trim work
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 10 lbs or more regularly
- Ability to work efficiently while following safety standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional experience with sliding glass doors
- Spanish speaking a plus (Se Habla Español)
- Ability to lead or assist crew members as needed
