Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and digital channels to generate interest in our vehicle inventory.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to match customers with the perfect vehicle options, emphasizing high-end and luxury models when appropriate.
- Demonstrate vehicles’ features and benefits confidently, utilizing public speaking skills to educate and excite prospects.
- Negotiate terms of sale effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining dealership profitability.
- Manage and nurture an active sales pipeline using CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and closing opportunities efficiently.
- Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.
- Collaborate with sales support teams and inventory management staff to ensure seamless customer experiences from initial contact through delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales, with a strong understanding of inventory management and dealership operations.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable) to connect with diverse customer bases.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or outbound sales environments.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with organizational skills to manage multiple clients and follow-up activities effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software platforms and retail math principles for accurate inventory control and sales analysis.
- Ability to cold call prospects confidently while maintaining professional phone etiquette and customer service excellence.
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends, marketing strategies, and high-end sales techniques is preferred.
