The Rogosin Institute (RI) is a non-profit medical care and research organization affiliated with New York Presbyterian Hospital and Weill Cornell Medicine. Rogosin is one of the premier centers for the diagnosis and management of kidney disease in the country. The Institute also treats patients with diabetes, hypertension, lipid disorders and conducts research in these areas.
RI is recruiting for experienced Acute Dialysis Nurses who will provide direct patient care for those requiring dialysis with acute kidney failure. These patients are often located in high-acuity settings, including intensive care units (ICUs), step-down units, and other critical care areas.
Full-time positions offering four (4) 10-hour shifts per week, with schedule flexibility required. Staff must be available for on-call coverage, including evenings, weekends and holidays, depending on patient needs.
Job Requirements:
- Current RN license in the State of New York, CDN/CNN preferred
- Must have strong background in nephrology nursing and critical care
- Must have both acute and chronic dialysis experience
- Current BLS certification
