Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join our team in Jurupa Valley, CA. This role is essential in supporting our growing dealer network — from onboarding new dealers to resolving ongoing issues — ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the entire partnership.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist new dealers with account setup, onboarding, and system training
- Provide timely and accurate support to dealer inquiries and service requests
- Track and follow up on open issues to ensure effective resolution
- Serve as a liaison between dealers and internal departments (e.g., sales, parts)
- Maintain accurate records and communication logs in Excel
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the dealer experience
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or dealer support (powersports, automotive, or related industry preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with online systems, dealer portals, and standard office software
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
