Job Summary
A Shift Leader supervises team members during assigned shifts, maintains operational standards, and supports daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise employees during scheduled shifts
- Assign tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
- Open and close the business according to company procedures
- Train and support new team members
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Handle cash registers, deposits, and basic financial procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and cleanliness requirements
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Communicate operational updates to management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight if required

Schedule
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
