As a Relief Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and providing leadership during shifts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Supervising and supporting team members to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
- Assisting in training and mentoring staff to uphold company policies and procedures.
- Addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitoring inventory and assisting with ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborating with management to meet operational goals and maintain a positive work environment.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
