Duties
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new sales opportunities.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and closing deals efficiently using CRM software.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting vehicle features to meet customer needs and upsell premium options.
- Negotiate terms of sale, financing options, and trade-in values with customers to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure availability of high-demand models.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, offering expert advice on automobile features, and ensuring a seamless buying experience.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional strategies that increase retail sales and brand awareness.
- Support sales management in achieving dealership targets through organized sales support activities and effective communication skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of high-end or B2B sales environments.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining integrity.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases.
- Strong organizational skills for managing a sales pipeline, inventory control, and CRM data entry.
- Proficiency in CRM software, retail math, and basic automotive knowledge is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills including public speaking, phone etiquette, and active listening.
- Experience with outbound sales strategies such as cold calling and lead generation is advantageous.
