Lead Teacher – Full-Time
Harbor View Creative Learning Center is growing, and we are excited to add passionate and dedicated Lead Teachers to our team! We care for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years, and we are looking for nurturing, dependable educators who are excited to create a positive and engaging environment for children to learn and grow.

Responsibilities
- Creating and implementing age-appropriate activities
- Providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Supporting children's social, emotional, and developmental growth
- Building strong relationships with children and families
- Maintaining a clean and organized classroom
- Communicating and collaborating with fellow teachers and administration
- Following center policies and state licensing requirements
Requirements
- Experience in a licensed childcare center required
- Must be eligible to work in North Carolina
- NC Qualifying Letter is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for working with children ages 6 weeks to 6 years
- Reliable, dependable, and nurturing attitude

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
