Architectural Designer / Project Architect
We’re looking for a talented and motivated Architectural Designer or Project Architect with 3 to 5+ years of experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of their work, enjoys collaboration, and is passionate about creating high-quality design and documentation.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5+ years of professional experience in architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Architecture from an accredited program.
- Proficiency in Revit is required.
- Familiarity with other industry-standard tools including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of building codes, construction standards, and design documentation.
- Strong interest in quality control, drawing standards, and office efficiency.
What You'll Do:
- Work on a variety of projects across different scales and complexities.
- Independently manage design and technical tasks using standard architectural practices and tools.
- Coordinate closely with internal team members, consultants, and other disciplines.
- Solve problems using sound judgment and seek guidance for complex or unusual issues.
- Assist Project Managers in maintaining project schedules, budgets, and documentation standards.
- Contribute to drawing production and ensure documentation aligns with current codes and regulations.
- Travel occasionally to project sites as needed.
