Job Overview
The Green Nugget Mead is a Medical and Recreational dispensary looking to add to our team of friendly, knowledgeable budtenders. This is a part-time position ranging between 10 and 15 hours per week. The shifts we are hiring for, are for weekends, holidays, evenings, and mid-shifts.
Duties
- Greet customers and provide a friendly, informative experience as they explore our product offerings.
- Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences, ensuring they have the best experience possible.
- Educate customers about various strains, edibles, and accessories.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system while adhering to all compliance regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining phone etiquette during calls.
- Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- MUST BE 21+
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Familiarity with cannabis products is a plus; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for cannabis culture and a desire to educate others about its benefits.
