The Reservation Concierge Specialist (RCS) is the first and most important voice Kingdom Car Service clients interact with. This is not a call center role. It is a hospitality leadership role — you are a brand ambassador, revenue steward, detail strategist, and client advocate all at once.
As the Morning Shift RCS, you are the opening voice of the Kingdom Car Service business day. You start at 7:00 AM, pick up any overnight leads and messages from the After-Hours Protocol, and own the busiest stretch of inbound activity — when most clients are planning, booking, and confirming. At 4:00 PM, you hand off active items to the next RCS and finish the day on confirmations, follow-ups, and prep for the following day. This would require to work on weekends and would be a full-time position. Most likely the two days off will be Wednesday and Sunday. Depending on certain seasons, Sundays may be required to work due to events.
By the end of every shift, every client interaction is documented, every open quote has a clear next step, and the pipeline is set up for the next shift to pick up clean.
Your responsibilities fall into six clear areas. Every detail of how each is executed is taught in our 10-day training program — you don't need to walk in knowing any of it.
1. Discovery & Quoting
Answer every inbound call, email, and quote request with the Kingdom standard.
2. Follow-Up Discipline
Execute our structured follow-up cadence on every open quote until the client books, declines, or opts out. No leads slip through the cracks on your shift.
3. Opening the Day
Run the morning open cleanly — review overnight messages, prioritize any leads from the After-Hours Protocol, and set the tone for the day. You are the first Kingdom voice every client hears in the morning.
4. Affiliate Coordination
Coordinate nationwide bookings with our network of preferred affiliates.
5. Reputation Management
Execute post-service review follow-up with every client.
6. Documentation & Handoff
Keep CRM clean and current throughout your shift. Every follow-up, every booking, every client interaction is documented. End every shift with a clean handoff so the next shift starts strong.
