Summary: Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility, machinery, and
equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assist with records inspections, tests and repairs on preventive maintenance logs within ERP system.
2. Completes preventive and scheduled maintenance and repairs of all equipment and machinery as directed.
3. Performs a variety of general maintenance duties included but not limited to basic mechanical adjustments,
painting, machine cleaning, oil/fluid changes/disposal, debris and chip removal, fire/safety equipment
inspections, lighting replacements etc.
4. Oversees subcontractors and in-house projects beyond the individual’s skill level.
5. Assists department personnel as needed.
6. Willing to work flexible hours to keep equipment in operation.
7. Responds to verbal or written instructions for safety and security calls regarding machinery. Follows company
Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures.
8. Installs and reassemble equipment and tests performance as needed.
9. Operates hand tools, power tools, and machinery as required.
10. Inspects damaged parts, determines nature of repair and uses repair tools to rework or refinish worn or
damaged parts.
11. Records written recommendations on repair work needed.
12. Maintains tools, gauges and equipment in a clean, safe and orderly manner.
13. Complies with company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety and environmental
regulations.
14. Willing to obtain and maintain OSHA-30, NFPA70E and CPR/AED first responder certifications.
15. Expected to operate cranes and forklifts.
16. Performs other related duties as assigned

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
OSHA-10 mandatory/OSHA-30 preferred
Prior welding and mechanical experience preferred
HVAC experience preferred

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
