Position Overview:
As a Dispensary Associate at HZY Goods, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with product selection, providing education, and ensuring a smooth and compliant sales process. The ideal candidate is personable, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude.

Guide customers in selecting products that meet their needs while ensuring compliance with all state and local regulations.

Educate customers on cannabis strains, products, consumption methods, and effects.

Accurately process sales transactions using the POS system.

Verify customer identification and uphold compliance standards at all times.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional dispensary environment.

Support inventory management, including restocking and product tracking.

Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism.

Stay current with cannabis industry trends, product knowledge, and regulations.
Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years old.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
