Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive guest services to enhance their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct entry
- Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Manage cashiering duties including cash handling, processing payments, and giving correct change with basic math skills
- Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain sanitation standards by adhering to food safety guidelines, proper food handling, and sanitation protocols
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
- Experience in guest relations, serving, or host/hostess roles will be advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures in the food industry is essential
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cashiering and transaction purposes
- Culinary or kitchen experience can be a plus for understanding food preparation processes
