Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)

We’re looking for a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) who enjoys providing one-on-one care and helping patients remain safe and comfortable in their homes. In this role, you’ll support patients with personal care, daily living activities, and overall comfort while working closely with the clinical care team.
What You’ll Do

Assist patients with personal care, bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

Provide supportive homemaking and environmental services

Assist with ambulation and range of motion exercises

Observe, report, and document patient condition and care provided

Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment

Work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Therapist

What You Bring
-
Oklahoma: Certified Home Health Aide required
-
Kansas: Certified Home Health Aide required
-
Texas: CNA in good standing on the TX nurse aide registry OR qualifying direct patient care experience

Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation
-
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong communication and documentation skills

Ability to pass background and health screenings
