Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist hygienists during patient appointments, including preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments.
- Greet and prepare patients for procedures, ensuring their comfort and answering basic questions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with protocols.
- Manage dental equipment and supplies, including restocking and inventory tracking.
- Schedule patient appointments and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Support the dental team in delivering efficient and high-quality care.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; dental assistant training or certification is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and follow dental office protocols and safety standards.
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and record-keeping.
- Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
