Job Description:
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Valley Grande Manor. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to assist residents with their daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Requirements:
- Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Texas.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a nursing home or long-term care facility.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
