Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Health Care Bookkeeper to join our dynamic finance team with expertise in financial projections, KPI,s dashboards etc . Finacial AI generated data & reports. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Your expertise will support the organization’s financial health by providing precise data entry, analysis, and reporting. Duties
- Maintain and update financial records using accounting software, ensuring accuracy and completeness in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports efficiently while verifying transactions against supporting documentation
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts regularly to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
- Assist in the development of financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives
- Support audits by preparing necessary documentation, conducting internal reviews, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Collaborate with team members on projects related to mergers & acquisitions, tax accounting, and financial regulatory compliance
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify financial data, resolve issues, and provide updates on account statuses
Qualifications
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles with a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles
- Proficiency in Quick Books, Bill.com, Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel spreadsheets for analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with financial software platforms used for bookkeeping and accounting tasks
- Knowledge of industry-specific financial regulations and compliance standards such as GAAP
- Ability to develop financial models that support business decision-making processes
- Strong analysis skills to interpret financial data accurately and identify trends or discrepancies
- Experience in auditing processes, tax accounting, and financial regulatory compliance is highly desirable
- Excellent client communication skills to explain complex financial information clearly and professionally
- Project management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
