Responsibilities:
- Structural Steel demolition.
- Piping demolition.
- Block wall demolition.
- Working in lift.
Requirements:
- Former commercial or residential construction demo/labor experience preferred.
- Ability to bend, squat, kneel, grasp, manipulate hand tools.
- Must be able to use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull objects, materials, and tools.
- Ability to work in a lift.
- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to: hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, hi-vis safety vests, gloves and safety toe, construction-grade work boots.
- Must be able to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs.
- OSHA 10 preferred, not required.
- Valid Driver?s license.
