Are you a compassionate, dependable caregiver who loves helping others live safely and comfortably at home? We’re looking for Certified Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) who are energetic, kind-hearted, and passionate about making a real impact every day.
As a PCA, you’ll build meaningful relationships while providing essential, hands-on support that helps clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. In return, we offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, paid training, and a supportive team that truly appreciates the work you do.
What You’ll Do
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility (including Hoyer lifts and personal assistive devices)
- Provide companionship and emotional support while promoting independence
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to care plans and dietary needs
- Offer medication reminders
- Monitor changes in condition and report concerns promptly
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Accurately document care provided and observations
- Provide compassionate care for clients with dementia, Alzheimer’s, developmental disabilities, autism, or other specialized needs
What We’re Looking For
- Valid PCA certification (or equivalent)
- Experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes preferred
- CPR & First Aid certification required
- Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy standards
- Strong communication skills and a caring, professional attitude
- Reliable, observant, and able to adapt to individual client needs
- Additional training in memory care, hospice, or disabilities is a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour
