We are currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join a respected hospital-based rehabilitation team providing both inpatient and outpatient services. This organization is known for its strong interdisciplinary collaboration, realistic productivity expectations, excellent benefits, and supportive clinical environment. Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for patients with orthopedic, neurological, musculoskeletal, and post-surgical conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings, patient goals, and physician referrals.
- Provide evidence-based interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait training, neuromuscular re-education, and modality use.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, state licensure requirements, and professional standards of practice.
Qualifications
Required

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current and active state Physical Therapy license.
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills.
