Sushiology is a restaurant in Kennesaw specializing in modern fusion sushi as well as Japanese inspired small bites. We are looking for qualified and motivated individuals with high-energy, multi-tasking abilities, and strong understanding of teamwork fundamentals to join our family. We are a fast paced restaurant that pride ourselves in giving the best guest experience and that starts with having amazing talent on our team.
This position supports the sushi chefs with preparation, station setup, ingredient organization, simple rolls, cleaning, labeling, and restocking. Basic sushi or kitchen experience is preferred, but training is available for motivated candidates.
