Customer Service Representative | Bilingual Duties:

Handle customer orders and assist with order pickups

Answer customer questions and recommend products

Provide order updates and follow-ups

Process service requests and support customer needs

Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
Schedule:

Day Shift
o Monday-Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Customer Service Representative | Bilingual Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Spanish (speaking and writing)

At least 1 year recent experience within a Customer Service type role and experience working in a warehouse/ distribution environment

Comfortable using technology such as CRM systems, Excel, and point of sale software

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
